2. Input Impedance Transformation: The impedance seen by the generator changes based on length ฮฒL:
Zin = Z0 [ (ZL + jZ0tanฮฒL) / (Z0 + jZLtanฮฒL) ]
3. Standing Wave Ratio (SWR): A measure of mismatch. A ratio of 1.0 is perfect efficiency.

Experimental Observation
