Object-oriented programming systems are referred to as 'Oops'. You are aware that every programming language, including C++, Java, Python, etc., uses the oops concept. Candidates with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming languages are regularly sought after by corporates. We'll start by discussing what an object in a programming language is. When learning programming languages, terminology like class and object are frequently used.
What are an Object and a Class?
Consider a "class" as a blueprint; objects fall under a class. For an example, 'Car' can be a class while 'Taxi', 'Audi', 'SUVs' etc., comes under the class 'Car'. As you are now aware, every car is unique. Everything about them is unique, including their colours and mileage. However, they are all fall under 'Car'.
When creating objects in programming languages like Java and Python, we first mention a class (in some cases, there is no need to create a class by programmer). For instance, we can use various functions (like numerical operations) or methods on various objects. And we'll be able to call those functions with objects when we need it.
Oops Concept
In plain language, the oops concept says that we write pieces of code, methods, or functions and call the functions as needed.
